Destacking And Bag Breaking Control System is an efficient and convenient equipment for the unpacking and feeding section. It can greatly reduce the feeding time, improve the feeding efficiency, and effectively avoid various feeding problems caused by manual unpacking. Xinkegu’s fully automatic bag depalletizing and breaking system realizes efficient feeding operations with forklift feeding and one-click bag breaking without any intervention in the entire process. The equipment adopts first-line brand parts and uses a light curtain sensing system. It can be adapted to various packaging bags and is not affected by the palletizing type. It has a whole-palletizing bag-breaking structure and uses a large-diameter screening cylinder. It has high bag cleaning efficiency and less residue.

PMA制粒机自动控制系统
制粒机自动控制系统用于饲料加工过程中制粒系统的自动控制。它能根据设定的喂料频率和温度，自动的控制喂料量和加入调质器中的蒸汽量，使制粒机始终工作在最佳状态。
PMA (Pellet Mill Automation)
PMA can automatically adjust the feeding rates of raw materials and steam,according to
the set rates of feeding frequency and target temperature,so that pellet mills can work at their
best.

新科谷在鄂州有9000平米的标准化厂房，配备有激光切割机、数控折弯机、激光焊接机器人等一线生产设备，月生产能力能满足众多集团的集中采购需求。由于采用模块化设计，所以能在最快时间内交付出客户需要的定制化产品。
灵活设计：按客户需求配套提供多种规格的料仓、料斗秤和输送设备，不同规格的料仓、料斗秤和输送设备根据配料成份的数量多少可组合单秤、双秤、多秤系统，这样做的目的是在提高配料速度的基础上，保证配料精度达到设计要求。以便于满足不同客户的需求。
工艺流程：根据生产工艺配方要求，叉车将带小料的垛盘托举到人工投料平台。在投料平台上，投料工先将小料分别投入相对应的料仓。中控员启动自动配料控制程序，微量秤开始小料配料。某一批次小料配料完毕后，秤下刮板机启动，微量秤秤斗翻转180°，小料在重力作用下进入刮板机。
